Thank you for purchasing one of our custom tumblers! Please read the following information before use.

• Our tumblers are intended for their intended beverage use only.
• Inspect your tumbler upon arrival. Do not use if it is cracked, damaged, or otherwise compromised.
• Hand wash only. Do not place in the dishwasher unless specifically stated in the product description.
• Do not microwave, as metal tumblers are not microwave safe.
• Avoid dropping or exposing the tumbler to excessive force, as this may damage the finish, insulation, or seal.
• Do not soak for extended periods or use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers, as they may damage the design.
• While our tumblers are made with high-quality materials, normal wear may occur over time with regular use. 

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the proper care and use of your tumbler. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the care instructions provided.

Please keep tumblers out of reach of young children unless used under adult supervision. Hot beverages can cause burns if spilled or handled improperly.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
